Home Ministry issued lockdown 2 guidelines, wearing face cover mandatory, spitting will be fined The Union Home Ministry has released new guidelines regarding the lockdown Part Two due to Corona virus. According to the new guidelines, it will now be compulsory to wear a face cover (mask) on leaving the house. In addition, spitting in public places would be punishable.
