14 migrant workers run over by goods train in Aurangabad (Maharashtra)

Tragic accident in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 14 laborers killed by train Amidst the Corona crisis, a very painful news has come out about the return of migrant laborers.  In Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 14 laborers have died after being hit by a train.  The workers on their way to the track were hit by the goods train.  This accident happened around 4 am.  According to reports, the laborers working in the Jalna factory were going to Bhusawal from Jalna.  The workers hoped that they would be able to go to Chhattisgarh from there. Corona virus: Maharashtra government launched online initiative to check symptoms at home After more than 400 cases of corona virus in Maharashtra, the Uddhav government has launched an online initiative to speed up the fight against the virus, which allows people to sit at home and check for corona virus symptoms.  According to the official release, the government has created a digital platform in which people can check their symptoms right from home and can contact the authorities in case of any kind of apprehension.  The state government has launched an online initiative in association with Apollo 24x7 which is available at https://covid-19.maharashtra.gov.in/.  The release said that information about quick medical consultation and other related contacts is also available at the link. Coronavirus: Cases in Maharashtra reach 32

Maharashtra has reported 32 positive cases of novel coronavirus so far, state Health Minister Rajesh Tope said in Mumbai on Sunday. The number of people infected by novel coronavirus in Maharashtra climbed to 32 on Sunday, with a 59-year-old woman and a man becoming the latest Covid-19 cases in the state, which tops the list in the country. While the woman who was admitted in a hospital in Aurangabad had a travel history to Russia and Kazakhstan, the man from Pimpri-Chinchwad township in Pune had travelled to Japan and Dubai before his return on March 3, officials said. State Health Minister Rajesh Tope earlier on Sunday reported 32 positive cases of novel coronavirus. He announced that the laboratory capacity to test samples of suspected novel coronavirus will be expanded to 350 per day from the present 100 per day at the civic-run Kasturba hospital in Mumbai in the next two days.
