Rocket attack in Iraq, 3 American and British soldiers killed, many injured


American and British soldiers are reported to have been killed in the rocket attack in Iraq. Iraq's military base was attacked with rockets. The attack killed 2 American soldiers and a British soldier. Many people were injured there. According to the US, rockets were fired at the Tajia base north of Baghdad.

ABC News Agency reported that the base base camp near Baghdad in Iraq was attacked with a rocket. 15 rockets were fired at the base camp. According to the information, a total of 30 rockets were fired, of which 18 hit the base camp, while the rest fell in the vicinity. The attack killed 3, including 2 Americans and one British citizen.


So far it has not been known which group carried out this rocket attack.

After the attack, an American official confirmed that one of the slain Americans was a soldier and the other was a contractor and a British citizen was killed. It is feared that Popular Mobilization Forces may be behind this attack, although it has not been confirmed yet.
