Unlock-2 guidelines released


The Ministry of Home Affairs issued guidelines for 'Unlock-2' starting from July 1. On the Corona virus restrictions, the Home Ministry said that all schools and colleges will remain closed till 31 July.  Limited domestic flights and special trains will continue as before.  The time of the night curfew has been changed.  Now it will be from 10 pm to 5 am.  Online and distance education will be allowed and promoted.  The period of unlock-1 was ending on 30th June.  That's why Unlock-2 has been announced.  The new guidelines will be effective from July 1.

Under this, there will be ease in areas outside the Containment Zone, but in view of the increasing cases of Corona, a provision has been made to make the lockdown tight.  There will be relaxation in many activities in areas outside the containment zone of the corona virus.  Earlier in the guidelines issued in Unlock-1, religious places, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls were ordered to open from June 8, outside the Containment Zone.  This will continue even further.

It said that metro rail, cinema, gym, swimming pool, amusement park, theater, bar, auditorium, assembly hall and other such places will also be closed.  Similarly, social, political, sports, entertainment, education, cultural, religious programs and other major programs will not be approved yet.

The guidelines said that domestic and international passenger flights (under the Vande Bharat Mission), which are currently in limited form, will be expanded in a phased manner.  The Ministry of Home Affairs said that the new guidelines are based on the feedback received from the States and Union Territories and in-depth consultations with the Union Ministers and Departments concerned.

India gives another huge blow to China after banning 59 apps


After banning 59 Chinese apps, the Indian government has taken another major decision against China.  Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said in a statement that India will not allow Chinese companies to participate in highway projects.  In such a situation, no Chinese company can apply for a highway project.

After India, after banning 59 Chinese apps, America has also given a big blow to China.  The United States has now banned the export of the original US state-of-the-art defense equipment and technologies following the announcement of the National Security Act on Hong Kong.  US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced these restrictions on Tuesday.
