On March 6, a 40-year-old Jamaati man from a locality in Banda city went to Delhi from Banda. From 7 to 9 March, Nizamuddin stayed in the Tablighi Jamaat program in Markaz. Walked from there in the evening on March 10 and returned to Banda in the morning on March 11. He was also accompanied by another gathering of the city. On discovering both, the administration searched both and admitted them to the isolation ward of the Medical College on the evening of April 1st.
The other partner blood sample report came in the evening on 2 April and was found to be negative. But the report of this Jamaati was declared positive on Friday. As soon as this news came, there was a stir in the administration and medical college. The positive patient is immediately shifted to isolation second ward. There are 14 other people admitted to the general ward. Five of these reports have come negative. 9 reports are yet to come. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Santosh Kumar has confirmed the positive report.
